About St George Migrant Resource Centre - Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)

Provides Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) to eligible clients. CACPs are planned and coordinated packages of care to help older people remain living in their own homes. The types of services that may be provided as part of a CACP include: bathing, showering, assistance with personal hygiene, social support, transport, laundry, meal preparation, and gardening. The services cater for speakers of the following languages: Greek, Italian, Macedonian, Arabic, Chinese and German. St George Migrant Resource Centre provides 78 packages in the St George area.
