About St Hedwig - Community Aged Care Packages (CACP)

Planned and coordinated packages of community care services to help people with care needs remain living in their own home. Designed for each individual and are based on their particular needs. The types of services could include: bathing; dressing; meals; laundry; transport; cleaning. Services are flexible and can change as client needs change. Service is predominately for clients of non-English speaking backgrounds. Mainly German.
