The centre's services include: nursing, aboriginal health, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work, dementia care, HIV/AIDS care, general counselling, podiatry (home visits only), post acute care, frail aged day centre, homeless outreach. These services provide health education, health monitoring, carer support, self care assessment, continence advice, intravenous therapy, medication assistance, wound management, palliative care, physiotherapy treatments, pre-hospital assessments, counselling, victims of crime support, home safety assessment, hydrotherapy/fitness program, information, assessment and referral to other health and welfare services. A range of these services are provided to people in their own homes such as the frail aged, people recently discharged from hospital, those living with HIV/AIDS, those with chronic health problems, and people with disabilities.
