About Stanmore Library

The collection reflects the needs of the diverse community of Marrickville. It is comprised of an extensive range of books, magazines, audio Cd's and cassettes, CD Roms, videos, DVDs, HSC recommended readings, spoken books and large print materials available in English and 5 major community languages (Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Portuguese and Vietnamese). The entire collection may be accessed through any of the branches. Membership is free, official proof of name and address is the requirement for membership.
