We are a home nursing, aged care and disability support and respite care service. rnrnWe are approved NDIS provider, iCare and Home Care Package Care provider. So, Subee Newlake provide home nursing, personal care, meal preparation, cleaning and respite services to families, the elderly and the disabled. We provide help to our clients in their own home. We work to help them continue living at home and staying independent. We also offer support with their health, managing their homes and personal care, as well as help maintaining ties to their community.rnrnWe also offer transport services, case management, co-ordination of supports, plan management for NDIS, Home Care Package and iCare recipients. And we provide agency staff, youth emergency relief support and staff placement services to local residential aged care facilities.
