This state-of-the-art village comprises 137 x 2 and 3 bedroom luxury independent living units set in magnificent landscaped gardens, just a walk from Thompson's Lake, the Gateways Shopping Centre and a 15 minute drive from the Perth CBD. A Community Centre which includes a fully equipped gym, spa and other recreational and entertainment facilities. There's also a 73-bed residential care facility -Frank Prendergast House- and an inter denominational chapel on site. Success House is an Adult Day Care Centre that is dementia-specific and uses the Eden Program for its dementia clients.There is overnight stays from Mon-Thurs, day only on Fridays. $26o/n and $12 p/day.
