About Sunnyfield Association - Day Service - Gosford

This Sunnyfield Association Day Service offers flexible and individualised day programs to adults with a disability. The service supports individuals with varying levels of support needs across the Central Coast. The aim of the service is to promote and provide the most appropriate support for the individual, offer developmental opportunities, increase independence and provide training opportunities in the effort that each person will reach their full potential. We provide support to individuals on various forms of funding, including Community Participation, Post School Options, HACC (Aging Carer) & Fee for Service.
