About Sutherland Shire Division of General Practice

The Sutherland Division of General Practice is committed to enhancing health care in the Sutherland Shire, whilst improving communication between GPs, the hospitals and other service providers. The Division provides a focus for education and professional development of GPs and is committed to promoting quality health service delivery. The Sutherland Division of General Practice's core business covers four main areas: nimprovement of the health of the population in the Sutherland Shire through general practice; services to GPs by the Division; promotion of general practice to the community; and provision of a sound infrastructure.
