About Sutherland Shire Home and Community Care (HACC) Development Project

The Home and Community Care Development Officer (HACC DO) provides information about HACC services for current or potential consumers (ie. frail aged, disabled, unpaid carers). Also assists in the development of HACC Services in the region, provides individual support to agencies receiving HACC funding and the HACC Forum group (such as training) and facilitates cooperation and communication between services providers in the region.
