Employment agency for people with physical and/or multiple disabilities, acquired brain injury or spinal cord injury. SEDS offers Personal Development For Employment (PDE) Training, which aims to maximise employment potential through training in areas such as: transferable skills, goal setting, marketing your best self, stress and time management, resume as a marketing tool, purpose driven job application, workplace communication, cross-cultural communication, job interview preparation, rights and obligations in the workplace, and occupational health and safety. The service also provides: intake assessments; vocational counselling and training; job placement; and post placement support.
