The Tantula Rise Retirement Community is located on the beach side of the Sunshine Coast Motorway. The prime 4.2 hectare site sits high on a ridge that captures ocean breezes and sweeping views over Maroochydore to the north. Unlike existing RSL Care retirement communities, Tantula Rise is our first multi-level apartment style village and residential care facility. It is master planned to accommodate a 120 bed residential care facility and a separate 40 apartment retirement complex.
