Technical Aid to the Disabled (TADQ) TADQ is a non profit organisation that accepts requests for assistance from clients or by referral through rehabilitation professions. Volunteers design, construct, adapt, install and maintain Technical Aids for people with disabilities. Reimbursement required for out of pocket expenses and materials purchased for the project.
