About Telecross Service - Central Coast

A volunteer from Telecross makes a daily telephone call to elderly and medically dependant people living alone to ensure their welfare. Each morning the client receives a short friendly phone call. If there is no answer or client asks for help, a series of emergency procedures initiated by Red Cross are put into place. The client requires two local contacts.
