Services include - n- Tenancy Advice and Information - provides information, advice, advocacy and support for tenants on tenancy and related legal issues;n- Rooming House Residents' Advice Service - provides housing support and information services for public and private rooming house residents;n- Research and Policy - Lobbies for tenancy rights and reforms, responds to government and non-government housing policies and campaigns against dubious practices of landlords and estate agents;n- Community Education and Training - promotes community awareness of tenancy laws and issues and trains tenant and housing workers across Victoria;n- Community Legal Centre - helps tenants to prepare for Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) hearings; andn- Caravan Parks Residents' Advice Service - provides specialist housing support and information services for residents of caravan parks.
