This is a private homecare service that provides personal care, social support and respite services. Office hours in Joondalup are 8am- 8pm. Services provided are :- intensive case management in the Mirabooka Clinic and Inner City Community Mental Health catchment areas. Also , Community support services in the Joondalup , Swan , Central Coastal Wheatbelt and SW Health Services. Aimed at adults who are 18yo or over living independently in the community and who have a serious , persistent mental health problem. Referral can be made from MHS(public) and GPs, private psychiatrists and other health services. Overall Tender Care provides psychosocial support, independent living skills and respite- both in home and out of home with recreational activities. Currently covers the Central Coastal areas of the Wheatbelt including Bruce Rock , Merriden, Jurien Bay and Moora. The metro services are Govt-funded clinical services.
