Provides supported accommodation to people with a disability, in a location that is suitable and accessible. Priority is given to those in urgent need, those who want to move into their own home, and those whose support needs can be met by the service. The amount of support offered ranges from 1 hour to 20 hours per week, depending on the recipient's needs. This support is given in addition to any other support already being received.
