About The Spastic Centre of NSW - Pathways Intake, Referral & Planning Unit

Pathways is The Spastic Centre's referral, intake and service planning unit. Pathways: Works with people to help them identify what they need and what will be helpful. Provides up to date information and assistance with accommodation, early intervention, therapy, respite care, conductive education, seating and mobility, day services, business units, and aquatic programs. Records and identifies areas of unmet need for future action. Works collaboratively with service partners and community services in the interests of service users.
