Provides financial assistance to people who are disadvantaged, including those who receive a Centrelink pension benefit as their sole income. Assists those in dire financial need. Also provides assistance to purchase equipment for people with disabilities. Provides funding to service providers to pay for essential items such as electricity bills, hire of beds for palliative care. No cash funding is available.
