Thorndale Foundation Ltd supports people with an intellectual disability and has several major activities -Supported Accommodation Service, consisting of three comfortable self contained cottages situated at Orchard Hills. Supported Employment Business known as Thorndale Industries which is light packaging and assembly and direct mail service industry, carried out at Rance Rd Werrington. Community Participation (taps), an individually designed program to enhance life skills and age appropriate life style activities. The number of participants in taps is to be kept small to allow a focus on individual need.
