The mental health support group is for carers who seek understanding and support in their role of caring for someone with a mental illness. The insight and support to be potentially gained include: connecting with carers of a similar cultural background who speak the same language and have similar experiences; opportunities for sharing knowledge and goals; and making adjustments to the life challenges for better outcomes.
