The facility offers 60 1-bedroom self care units. Facilities include: gardens, balconies, internal laundries, safety railings, carports, day lounges, recreation room, arts and crafts, indoor games, BBQ, and outdoor eating area. Additional support services such as domestic assistance and personal care are not offered by the facility and need to be accessed independently by residents as required. Residents cannot provide their own live-in carer. Tenure is through a loan and licence agreement. The departure costs are 30% of entry contribution calculated over a period specified in each resident's agreement, retained by the operator. The facility is a member of the Aged Services Association, and there is a waiting list in operation.
