Implement and manage community aged care packages through the Commonwealth Dept of Health and Aged Care Services, that are culturally appropriate with 100% indigenous employment. Includes Personal Care assistance eg. showering, toileting, dressing, mobility - transfer, preparing and assisting with eating meals, sensory communication, laundry, home help, gardening, respite care for short term illness, and Community Care eg transport to shops, doctors etc social acitivities, home maintenance. Assessment by ACAT to determine eligibility.
