About Understanding Change, Loss & Grief, Seasons for Growth

Carers ACT offers a five week program looking at managing change, loss and grief. These sessions would benefit Carers who are experiencing loss and change in their lives. The program offers an introductory session and a further four weekly sessions in which participants can think about and work with their own loss experiences in a group environment. Seasons for growth is a national organisation well known for its work with adults and children in assisting them to understand and manage their grief. nThis program will be presented and facilitated by Jill Pierce, accredited Seasons for Growth companion and varied venues.
