Uniting Care Ageing Sydney Region provides some Multicultural Packages. These are for people who come from: Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Portuguese and Maltese backgrounds. Special care is taken to provide bi-lingual workers and culturally relevant care. Support to help older people who live alone or with a carer with day-to-day living. To find out exactly which support services an assessment will be conducted by the CACP Coordinator. Following the assessment, a Care Plan will be designed and agreed upon for services provided. The Care Plan is reviewed regularly to make sure that clients are getting the help needed. Services may include; personal care; laundry; pastoral care; meal preparation; shopping; housework; social and recreational outings; transport and help getting to and from appointments;
