About Uniting Care Supported Living (Accommodation Outreach)

Accommodation Outreach Provides long term support to people with disabilities who live in their own home in the community. Support consists of a mix of support co-ordination and drop in services support. Level of support varies significantly according to each individual's needs.nIt is part of the Supported Living philosophy to allow as much opportunity for freedom, choice and decision making to the clients as possible. Whilst we can and offer some living skills training, most of our efforts are spent problem solving and assisting people to access services in the community.
