Wesley Residential provides short to medium term housing for single men who are homeless or risk of homelessness. Supported Houses Program Offers: Secure, supported communal living, Case supported program which identifies and addresses and areas of need by developing support plan and strategies to achieve, Co-case support within resident's networks. This program is an agent of lifestyle change, enabling displaced and disadvantaged people to reassess their lives, identify future lifestyles and move towards independence.
