Tabor House is situated in a rural residential setting on 9 acres. It provides withdrawal services to young people from the Grampians and Loddon Mallee regions. Tabor House is a drug free environment and operates from a harm minimisation philosophy. Young people aged 12 - 21 yrs are encouraged to participate in developing their own treatment plans.
