Habitat is a service for families at risk of becoming homeless. Aims to assist in the areas of maintaining accommodation, working through relationship and parenting problems, family support, education and issues identified by the family. Provides Counselling, family mediation, referrals to other services, conflict resolution, parenting skills, connection with local services, practical support, workers will see clients in their own home or a place where they feel comfortable. Program does not find accommodation.
