About UnitingCare Hunter,Central Coast and New England - Uniting to Care - Community Aged Care Packages

Nareen Gardens has funding for CACPs (90 General and 10 Multicultural and 20 Veterans Affairs specific) Community Aged Care Packages' (CACPs) aim is to enable older Australians with hostel level care needs to remain living in their own homes. Note that for recipients of pensions, the maximum that may be charged for a CACP is 17.5% of the basic pension rate. Nursing Care also provided to eligible DVA Gold and White card holder clients. DVA Home care is also avilable to eligible DVA clients. Clients pay a nominal fee of $5/week.
