U3A is a self help education movement which caters for persons in the third age and for those who have retired, promoting the concept of studying simply for the joy of learning. It is not a formal University, and does not offer formal qualifications. We encourage friendship & interest. We expel boredom, loneliness & social isolation. There are over 80 courses covering art, craft, languages, physical activities, travel, music,board games etc. Held in various locations in Redlands. $2 per meeting to cover cost of rent etc. No children
