Victorian Person Centred Services nprovides community-based supports nto people with a range of abilities and aspirations.nProvides person centred, individualised support for people in their home, community or other settings and puts the individual first. Assist people living independently in their own home, in a family home, a community setting or other places where individual supports provide opportunities for people to attain, and maintain a high quality of life in a manner that they choose.nThe services may have a focus on complex medical and health supports, personal development or other assistance with day-to-day activities where the person supported may require assistance - but it has at its heart the INDIVIDUAL.
