The VCA-VC provide the following services for the Vietnamese Community in Victoria: General Social Welfare Services, Immigration, Income Support, Family Counseling, Tax Returns, Social and Youth Services, Social Welfare and Counseling for Youth on substance abuse, education, career choice, financial problems, personal and emotional issues, family violence and break-up, grief and family support services. Groupwork (Youth Support Program) and Recreation.
