Fortnightly rent includes 3 home style meals daily, a weekly laundry service, security and on-site management, garden mainteneance, a buddy system and optional 24 hour emergency pendant, activity sessions and the use of the community room and mini library. Rental rates are based on the dollar equivalent of a percentage of the standard single age pension, plus the dollar equivalent of the maximum eligible amount of rent assistance.
