About Volunteer Home Visiting- The Benevolent Society

Program is a volunteer home visiting service.nVolunteers are trained and supported by specialist staff to provide neighbourly support to families who are experiencing additional stresses who have children under 3 years old. For example: families who may be isolated from their usual support networks, have a child or parent with a disability/chronic illness, have a multiple birth, finding the parenting role stressful and/or come from a Culturally and Linguistically diverse background.
