There are 24 self care and 74 low care (hostel) units. The facility has paths & gardens, a hairdresser, a podiatrist, a village bus, an extensive activities program and is 50 meters from Narrabeen Lagoon. 'Flexi-care' support services are available to self care residents on a user pays basis. Units can be accessed by people with disabilities, and residents can provide their own carer. Tenure is by means of a bond and licence agreement. There is a waiting list in operation.
