A full range of foot care provided at the outpatients clinic. Domiciliary care is also provided once a month to totally housebound clients. Applicants must be on a FULL aged pension. Applicants for this service must first post or bring in a Dr's referral stating the medical reasons for needing the service. Applicants should stress to their doctors that the referral be very specific on medical condition ie. as much information as possible to support the application. Once the referral has been approved the applicant will be contacted to advise appointment date. This is a high demand, 'high risk' prioritised service.
