Services provided include - n- Self Help and Support Groups - offering a variety of recreational, educational and support groups and programs offered according to demand during the year. Programs and groups, some of which may have restricted access, may include a friendship group, a new life program for women and a multiple sclerosis health support group. n- Recreational and Educational Activities - A program, varying from time to time, provides recreational and educational activities which may include art and craft, health and fitness, return to work skills, writing, painting, drawing, yoga, patchwork quilting, cooking, embroidery, art classes for children, computer skills and personal growth programs.
