About Wesley Accommodation Support Services - Peakhurst

Wesley Accommodation Service is funded by the Dept of Ageing, Disability and Homecare to provide accommodation options and support to people with disabilities. Accommodation Services provide support to people with disabilities who are funded, either individually or through a project, and reside in a group home or their own accommodation. Wesley Accommodation Service supports people to gain skills and provides opportunities for people to live as independently as possible in the community. The group homes follow the model of shared accommodation where the people living in the house pay rent and work together with staff support, to make decisions about how the household will run. Wesley has ten Group Homes, three attached support services and one individual outreach support services located over Metropolitan Sydney, from Campbelltown and Penrith to Carlingford and the Inner West.
