The facility offers gardens, internal laundries, safety railings, security gate and patrol, recreational facilities, outdoor eating area, and a secure environment for dementia patients. There is also a hairdresser, a podiatrist and an activities therapist. Pets are not allowed and there is a waiting list in operation. The facility is a member of the Aged Services Association.
