About Wesley Home Care

Wesley Home Care is a community based program providing Community Aged Care Packages (CACP's) which are funded by the Federal Government. The aim of the program is to assist frail elderly people to remain at home. The following services are provided to those who are eligible; assistance with personal care such as showering/bathing/ dressing; light housework; home respite; laundry assistance; shopping assistance; day care; assistance with mobility; transport to medical appointments; monitoring medications; garden maintenance; meals; after hours assistance.
