About Wesley Home Care - Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)

Provides Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) to eligible clients. CACPs are planned and coordinated packages of care to help older people remain living in their own homes. The types of services that may be provided as part of a CACP include: bathing, showering, assistance with personal hygiene, social support, transport, laundry, meal preparation, and gardening. Wesley Community Support Services provides 101 CACPs in both the Sutherland and St George areas.nProvides Extended Aged Care at Home Packages to eligible clients. These are flexible packages designed to enable high level care clients to remain at home. The services provided are similar to a CACP with the additional provision of nursing care. Currently only funded for 6 clients in the Sutherland Shire.
