About Wesley In Home Support Service

The Wesley In Home Support Service targets frail older people living with dementia and their carers. Services provided to the monitoring recipient will be negotiated according to their need, care level and interests. Services will be provided in the clients home. Services may include daily monitoring of tasks, medication prompting, meal assistance or social interaction one on one.
