About Western District Housing and Support Service

Clients will receive ongoing support and coordination to ensure quality care in their own community or community of their choice. Service, dependant on individual needs, would provide care in ways which include but are not limited to:n* Rental accommodation with full time caren* Full time care in a client's homen* Overnight / Part time or drop in care in rental accommodationn* Overnight /Part time or drop in car in a client's own homen* Shared care in shared accommodationn* Access to behaviour management /therapy / medical interventionn* Access to community and generic facilitiesn* Support with living skills / behaviour management / community access.nThis service will support people with disabilities in the Bogan, Bourke, Brewarrina, Cobar and Warren LGAs
