The Wheatbelt Mental Health Service is comprised of 2 specialist teams: Adult / Seniors and Child and Adolescent.(CAMS) Both teams provide confidential assessment, treatment and advise on management of mental illness to people who are experiencing severe mental health problems, including n. Depression . Anxiety . Schizophrenian. Bipolar Affective Disorder . Post Traumatic Stress Disorder . Self-harmn. School refusal (for children) Support and advice to families and carers is also provided as far as possible.nAll Services are community based. If specialist hospital treatment is required, referral and support is provided.nAnyone experiencing distress and concern about mental health problems can self refer to the Service.nAll Services are free and confidential.nCAMHS offers flexible specialised assessment, treatment and support to children, youth and their families/carers who are experiencing emotional and/or mental health problems.
