About Wheelchair Friendly Parks and Reserves

Over 60 national parks and reserves across NSW have facilities for people with disabilities. They range from specially designed boardwalks, lookout platforms and information displays, to wheelchair accessible showers and toilets. In many cases, these facilities will be useful not just to visitors in wheelchairs, but also those who have reduced mobility or are sight impaired. Call the DEC Information Centre for information about what facilities are available at each destination and for a brochure titled Access for all, a guide to wheelchair friendly National Parks around Sydney.
