About Whittlesea City Council - Home and Community Care (HACC) Assessment

Services provided include -n- Home and Community Care Assessment (HACC) - provides the first point of entry for aged and disability services provided by Council. n- Respite Care - Provides respite care of the frail elderly and those with disabilities in order to allow their families or carers free time. Planned regular respite, emergency respite or occasional respite can be provided in the clients' homes or on outings or holidays.
