About WITH CARE - Waratah in the Home Packages (EACH)

All prospective Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) recipients need to be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) as being eligible for high residential care and flexible care. An application form from a Salvation Army WITH Care Package will need to be completed and is available by contacting Glenda. Fees for people on a basic Government pension equate to 17.5% of pension. If other income is earned then this is Income tested. 29 packages available.
