Illawarra Asthma Service provides services to people with Asthma and their carers throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven. It is staffed by Asthma Educators in the community and a specialist respiratory team at Wollongong hospital.nSupport, follow up and referral service: Asthma education and assessment. Assistance with device technique, peak flow, symptom monitoring.nSelf monitoring/self management education and action plans. Spirometry, resource kits, quit smoking programs. Interpreter assistance is available during sessions.
