About Woollahra Meals on Wheels

Provides hot or frozen meals to elderly, frail and younger people with disabilities. Hot meals are provided according to a 4 week menu which is uniquely different each day and consists of 1 hot or cold main course, buttered bread, dessert and juice. Frozen meals are also provided on a weekly basis, delivered Monday or Tuesday. Meals can be provided according to restricted diets such as diabetes and low fat and culturally specific meals can also be provided. Meals can be provided cut up or in pureed form if requested.
