About Woollahra Municipal Council - Community Services Division

Provides home and telephone assessments for older residents and carers of the Woollahra local government area. Assists older residents to access the most appropriate Home and Community Care (HACC) and other community, non government & residential services and coordination of sustainable strategies for clients with complex and ongoing needs. Conducts community development activities in the areas of healthy and frail older people and people with a disability.
